Dr. Cruzen is an Emergency Medicine Physician with a solid reputation in Emergency Department Management. He began his career in Davenport, Iowa, in 1976. Dr. Cruzen formed MEDS in 1983 to provide staffing and management for the Emergency Department at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, in Belleville, Illinois.

President and CEO
Mr. Dillon brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical outsourcing and hospital-based physician management. He is responsible for the company's operations as well as leading its growth and expansion.

Vice President & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Glover is a Residency Trained, Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Originally from Olney, IL, he performed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas in Austin. As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Glover's primary role is to serve as a liaison between administration and our physician partners.

John handles all of the day to day financial activities of the company. John has been in healthcare finance since 1993, and has been with MEDS since April, 2000.

Vice President of Operations
Bryan comes to MEDS with a client's perspective on quality assurance. As Vice-President of Operations, he works directly with our client hospitals on the daily management of the Emergency Department.

Working directly with Medical Staff Services at our client facilities, Rachel is responsible for coordinating recruitment and credentialing of all MEDS physicians.

Pat previously worked in the banking industry as Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager. She most recently worked as the Executive Assistant for two attorneys in the legal department of a major utility. |
