St. Joseph’s Hospital Wins Seventh Consecutive Five-Star Award

Nov. 30, 2009 - For the seventh consecutive year, St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, Ill., received the Five-Star Award from Professional Research Consultants (PRC) for outstanding patient satisfaction in its emergency department. MEDS has been providing emergency physician staffing and management services for St. Joseph's Hospital since 1987.

PRC measures patient satisfaction levels at more than 1,800 hospitals and healthcare centers across the country. The company gathers data by interviewing a random selection of patients who have used these hospitals, and it awards those that score within the top 10 percent of PRC's client list during the prior calendar year.
